This is the second book of the series The Legacy Of Gods written by Rina Kent. God Of Pain PDF is long book , but you will not be bored for a second . The writing is obviously very engrossing and the clash of the REF world with the Bratva world is more thrilling. The way that it mainly starts for them is when Annika decides she needs a fake boyfriend to show that she is ''in love'' and won't be forced into an arranged marriage. She knows her dad would never allow it if she loves someone. She asks Bran or Remi at first and not Creighton which causes him to go balistic. He wonders why it can't be him and so the cat/mouse game begins. We do get Jeremy and Cecily crumbs <<<< This has to be the next couple. The epilogue has Cecily try to tell Anni something in secret but gets interrupted by Creigh. She was spooked. I should mention that when she helped Creighton get Annika, she had to face the wrath of Jeremy, and something had to have happened – also it is again stated that she sneaks out in the middle of the night. Where is she going??

He was just absolutely intriguing, amazing with a big J/P tag in his forehead. I was not prepared for this!I will say though, there were a few subplots that weren’t as explored as I would have liked and somewhat rushed at the end, like Annika’s OCD. it was fast-paced, addictive and so fun. this is what the first book was missing. so even if i found the plot twists convoluted and pretty dumb, id take that over being bored, so. The scene where he claims her in front of everyone was amazing. He tells them they have gone on dates and can't help but touch her for everyone to see then kisses her so they know she is his.

Dad usually caught on to his schemes and punished him, though. But Eli didn’t mind as long as I wasn’t blamed for his actions. ❞ Being the daughter of a Mafia king has never been easy for Annika. She loves her father a lot because he is her hero but the constant protection and the boundaries make her crazy. Not to mention her bigger brother is there with her all the time to guard her. She knows they do it because they love her but it still drives her crazy. Until she gets her once chance at freedom. A new school means new people and Annika is so excited. Her brother is still here but at least here she has a new place to live and can go to places as well. There is only one issue. Creighton. The quiet boy who intrigues her with his pretty eyes that seem to follow her always. But he never talks to her. Neve pays any attention to her advances. It's like she is invisible to him and his grumpy nature always drives her away. Creighton is the one boy she wants but with his attitude it seems like he will never be hers. It was soo cute. As cute as Creighton 's possessiveness, JK. His brand of possessive was lethal , the "Touch her and Di€" kind.She's known to write unapologetic anti-heroes and villains because she often fell in love with men no one roots for. Her books are sprinkled with a touch of darkness, a pinch of angst, and an unhealthy dose of intensity. the 🔥 scenes. Phew. There’s a lot of them 😉. I’m a h o o o a r for against the wall scenes. Body meets the wall= me watching closely👀, and we get many that helped satisfy me 😮‍💨. We even get car scenes, an in-the-air scene (I love it when a man is strong enough to be able to do this), and my favorite: sit down so I can eat dessert 😅. I will never look at chocolate ice cream the same 😉🥵. But just thinking about finding my favorite thinks AidenElsa, yes they are my favorites and Eli is my 2nd gen love so imagine how I was and not to mention I love Adrian Lia. and im still living in my delusional era rooting for Landon and Jeremy, okay. don’t try to dissuade me. im too far gone at this point, all hope is lost. don’t crush my dreams!! Cecily and her fugly shirts can step aside :)

I AM SERIOUSLY LOVING this second gen series- it’s truly the best compilation of that various tropes and strengths in the various connected series Rina has done, like the most decadent buffet of all my favorite Rina things. Cray cray and Anoushka welcome to the whipped clubbed because these two took depraved and obsessed to a whole new level. Sadism. Masochism. Dominant. Submissive. We’ve got it all.I've been looking forward to Annika's and Creigh's book ever since reading book 1 in this series and it did not disappoint. This book was super spicy and steamy... it was HOT! I’m pretty obsessed with this book mostly because of all the characters involved. I ate up every single interactions between them. Creighton’s bond with Eli, Elsa and Aiden was so much more than I could ever have contemplated. the men sacrificing their health 🤣💀😅. Omg. OMG. NOT only does Creighton sacrifice himself for Annika, but Aiden does it all the time for Elsa 🤣😅. These men are the real MVP if they’re willing to forego their taste buds for the emotional health of their women. I mean. THESE ARE R E A L MEN 😮‍💨💁🏻‍♀️. I also liked all the hints and snippets to the other potential couples in the series. It definitely made me more curious on where their stories are heading. they are the standard for this series, Glyndon and Killian are just musty bitches no one even remembers at this point.

I gonna even talk about the fiasco that Rina made of that shot, It was not that deep. I laugh all the scene, because really? She was protecting her brother (the guy who always was in her life) from the guy who "loved" her and almost killed her brother because of his petty revenge. And I say petty because he had a family who loved him (and he has been dumb enough to risk his family's life, because Adrian definitely wasn't letting this go) for the fact he had some hard time? And let's remember that the family who loved him had him because of Adrian. We don’t get to see Glyn and Killian a lot (which made me happy they didn’t take away from the story). MS. ANNIKA VOLKOV. Now, where do I even start? Her sunshine, word vomit, purple personality was just perfect. She was so fun and I really did LOVE her character. I loved her mind and the way she worked, she wasn't a typical sunshine character.Who thought the quiet Creighton had such a dirty mouth? It’s almost like I’m meeting another version of him. Not to mention how possesive crieghton was lmaooo . Those were the best scenes. I mean I knew trhat Rina's Heroes were the best but the way his scenes are written , it just made me laugh and swoon at the same time hahahaha
